The Moods was made as a request by one of my lovely and very patient Patreon subscribers, Kay. If someone has the motivation to add hotkeys for these shaders i wouldn’t mind if you reupload the preset with those! MagicDOF is responsible for the focus depth that can be very annoying while playing and makes the UI blurry in some angles.

MXAO creates extra shadows that also show on the sims skin and look very weird.
If you want to use this preset in live mode i recommend to deactivate ‘MXAO’ and ‘MagicDOF’. The preset was created with reshade 4.9.1 and you will need the following shaders for this to work correctly: The preset screenshots are on the left side and the original ones on the right. it’s still colourful and saturated but i tried to mute the overall saturation down a little bit, too. i tried to give my game more realistic colours and get rid of as much blue tint as i could without having a sepia tint instead. this preset was made primarily for scenery shots but it can be also used for gameplay (more on this later). If you’re looking for general reshade help i would advise going to pictureamoebae’s reshade faq as i probably won’t be able to help with everything! Place the shader file in the shaders folder and the texture file in the textures folder which are both found within the reshade-shaders folder inside your bin folder - mouthful i know

the above pictures were sharpened but everything else is basically what you get (though i also use lighting mods by softerhaze!). requires the original full bloom multilut by pictureamoebae here - without this it will again look completely different. uses multiple shaders such as mxao and dof which can affect game performance but runs fine for me so will depend on your specs - the dof used is completely untouched as i thought it looked fine without tweaking it. created with the latest reshade version and uses multiple legacy shaders - it will look completely different without these sadly, but i am completely stubborn and still use the older shaders on the newest version of reshade because they work and look way better for me (i actually recommend using these). I had to change the world time a couple times for screenshots and my fucking cows and chickens died due to neglect so i’ve quit without saving and i’m currently hoping for the best … lol anyway! a kind anon asked me what preset i was using so i decided to share it ♡ I created this simple preset specifically for my knight legacy. For a better experience in Live Mode, you should keep MXAO, MagicBloom and DoF’s off during your gameplay, if you’re experiencing lagging or heating up. Turn off Edge Smoothing in the game options. You do not need to turn off Post-Processing for the ReShade to work. TOGGLE KEYS: MXAO - Ctrl R || DoF’s - Shift 2 || MagicBloom - Ctrl S.
